The SPI Platform
Adoption of adequate institutional arrangements is essential to pursue financial modernization, which involves a broad reform front ranging from market-building measures to fine-tuning prudential rules. The SPI platform acts as a financial modernization hub, facilitating programmatic focus, donor coordination, local capacity-building with a strong result orientation. It consists of three components: A Steering Committee, a Program Secretariat and a set of Project Working Groups. Here is an example of the currently operating SPI Albania Platform.
